Dan Piraro's sign

Dan Piraro draws Bizarro, an extremely random one-panel comic with zany style. I wasn't familiar with his comic, so I had 2 days to become a fan of this comic, and it worked. We apparently have almost the same sense of humor. I also asked Dan what the dynamite stands for in his comic, because on the website there's a guide to the different symbols, except the dynamite. So what's the purpose of the dynamite? To make people ask questions! At first I thought it was a joke, but he went on to say that people email him about it, and he can add them to his mailing list, letting them know of news on his site, like new books! Sounds sneaky, but the people emailing him are fans, so they'd appreciate the news anyway. It's very much like friend 1 emailing friend 2, and friend 2 adding the person to their address book to keep in touch.
